Lina Iris Viktor chooses to work in a strictly limited world – it is a mythical one of her creation existing within the zen-influenced, blurred lines of the real and the imagined. Viktor’s distinctive work unites mythical symbols and intricate patterns, creating her own language reflecting humanity’s search for sacred experiences. Utilising an opulent palette of blue, white, black and 24-karat gold, Viktor often features her own body abstracted through different lustres of black. The travelling exhibition is presented in collaboration with Autograph (London) and curated by Renée Mussai.
