As usual in the Femmes Uniques series, the event will also include a discussion with three brilliant female chefs! This time, the focus will be on the role of plant-based food in an ever-changing world, how plant-based food is perceived here and in Finland, and how plant-based lifestyles are influenced by our consumption choices.
We will be joined by Ina Niiniketo from Helsinki, who has worked for a long time at the Swedish restoran Mathias Dahlgen, and is currently head chef at the restaurant Sikke’s in Helsinki, Maru Metspalu, Estonian ambassador and lecturer in plant-based nutrition, and Stella Kurik, sous chef at Fotografiska restaurant, to share their perspectives. The conversation will be moderated by Fotografiska restaurant’s chef Merlin Vettik.
