Kaidi Kaasik’s exhibition “NO MIND”

Kaidi Kaasik

“My paintings are like post-it’s on the wall, which should remind us that we have to go with the flow, to trust and be free. For me, good creation is represented by freedom. Today’s world is hugely planned and structured. My paintings are neither critical nor political. The common denominator of the series of paintings, NO MIND, reflects the state of mind where I am while painting. It is a meditative creative process where ego or mundane everyday life have no place. The works are created with self-indulgent passion and I hope the feelings also reach the viewer.”

Kaidi Kaasik, 2022

Free and expressive painting helps to balance the everyday work in graphing design which requires precision and dedication.
