Kaupo Kikkas’s “Sisekosmos” is the first Fotografiska’s exhibition where the author has created unique NFT works in parallel with the exhibition works. Kaupo Kikkas, the author of the exhibition, and Katrina Tang, a photographer who has immersed herself in the world of NFT, will talk about their NFT journey so far.
Katrina Tang is an internationally acclaimed children’s photographer who, in addition to her work for prestigious magazines, has increasingly moved towards the art world. Her projects about Estonian rural schools and little dreamers have attracted a lot of attention. Katrina is active in the NFT art community “Amplify woman” and has just launched her first NFT collection. Katrina is also an active NFT investor herself, which gives her a two-way view – as an artist and as a buyer.
In this chat, we’ll start with a small introduction to the multi-faceted world of NFT, where art and business are closely intertwined. We’ll talk about the importance of community and social media, we’ll spread out the different possibilities of the NFT world, share experiences and perspectives and try to fantasise about the future of the NFT world in the long term.
