The joint exhibition by one of the most internationally acclaimed cinematographers of Estonian-Canadian origin, Alar Kivilo, and his daughter, Saskia Kivilo, a young photographer working in the US, presents the multi-layered photo dialogues of the two photographers for the first time.
Through this unique showcase, both artists, sharing a familial and emotional connection, examine each other’s works to discover the underlying themes that connect them and the distinct perspectives that set them apart.
