With the start of summer, we open the exhibition “Queen – The Last Tour” by Swedish artist Torleif Svensson at Fotografiska Café. We invite you to the opening, where we will talk to the artist himself about how he managed to get photos of Freddy Mercury’s last performance on the big stage.
Torleif Svensson started his professional career as a photographer more than 30 years ago. His passion for music led him to photograph rock concerts and he was fascinated by them.
Last summer, before Queen decided to give up the title of best live band and go on their last tour, Svensson stood in the front row and captured unique shots of this powerful show. These photos can now be seen by everybody at Fotografiska Café.
