My aim as an artist is to reveal the world through my own eyes and invite the viewer to pause, ask questions, and notice details.
I am primarily inspired by contradictions, the tension between the natural and the artificial, and time spent in nature.
Studying at the Estonian Academy of Arts gave my creative thinking a theatrical approach, which is also recognisable in my work today.
My creativity is sparked by moving slowly on foot or by bicycle—it allows me to notice more of what surrounds me. Many ideas also emerge through dreams and meditative states.
