  • ​Training structure and intent (e.g. different types of runs and their purpose, how to build a training plan, etc.)

  • ​Why consistency and recovery matter more than single workouts

  • ​How to make better decisions when life, work, and training collide (e.g. early warning signs, how to adjust, etc.)

​Come and find out. After the event we go for our usual Lunch Run at 13:00 – an easy paced 5k, where everyone is welcome.
